You are a seasoned professional with 10+ years of progressive experience in private, public, not-for-profit, or consulting organizations. You have:

- Depth in areas such as strategy, organizational design, change management, culture and engagement, project management, or process improvement
- Strong relationship management, facilitation, research, content development, and executive-level communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow your own practice
