 If you possess an ALA accredited Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, complemented by a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead staff in mandate and service delivery, the ability to think strategically and creatively in the planning process, a commitment to model and motivate others to deliver consistent, high quality customer service, and you have experience serving a diverse customer group, we would love to hear from you.

 Reporting to the Deputy Library Director, the Department Head will play a significant role in the Regina Public Library’s commitment to building a strong community.

  This is an exempt position in a unionized environment.

 LOCATION: Regina, Saskatchewan

 SALARY AND BENEFITS:  $92,341 to $131,916; Total rewards package including comprehensive health benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and generous support for professional development.
