Reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive Team, ILSC is looking for their new Vice-President, Global Sales and Marketing (VP) to lead the development and the execution of strategies to drive profitable sales growth globally for the ILSC Education Group. This role is an integral component of ILSC’s success focusing on global marketing and sales, key stakeholders and agency relationships with innovative and consumer focused programs.

Managing a global team of up to 30 marketing and sales leaders plus five direct reports, the VP will mentor, train, empower and coach the exceptional talent that is embodying ILSC’s core values. The VP will determine and execute strategies for new business opportunities, lead the development of ILSC’s global brand and messaging, travel to foster and maintain the strong stakeholder relationships with agency partners and ILSC’s sales teams, and have sound understanding of all regions, markets and cultures. 

We are looking for innovative and entrepreneurial leaders with 10 plus years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the educational sector. Your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree backed by your ability to grow sales in a fast paced, dynamic and competitive environment will ensure your success. You will have experience with the financial and business operations of managing professional sales and marketing teams with the ability to travel extensively internationally. Multiple languages are an asset.
