Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Chard Development Ltd. Chard is looking for a new Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support to the President and CEO and the Chief Financial & Acquisitions Officer and managing all the Office functions.   The successful candidate will be a self-confident, creative team player with superior organization and communication skills with the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.  This role requires the individual to be extremely detailed oriented, able to exercise good judgment in the management of conflicting demands and the resulting priorities, and demonstrate a high regard and sensitivity to confidential matters.

This position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including:  calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel, preparation of itineraries and expense reports.  This position will proactively manage the office, supporting the various events and the marketing team. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of customer service, streamlining office operations and procedures, communications and safety. Some of the Office Manager responsibilities include ensuring the office is functioning efficiently, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, maintaining the office condition, and providing general administrative support to our employees.

The following characteristics will be important to continue the development of the company’s culture and aptitude for success: A friendly, professional and positive attitude, flexibility to handle rapidly changing situations in a calm demeanor while meeting deadlines, good judgment and ability to make sound decisions and wearing multiple hats. Proven experience with MS Office, scheduling, and communications.
