Our client is growing and has a unique and exciting opportunity for an exceptional and entrepreneurial Vice President(VP) of Customer Service and Product Support.  Viking Air Limited(Viking) is the global leader of utility aircraft support and services, and manufacturer of the world-renowned Twin Otter. Viking aircraft have been sold and delivered to 26 countries worldwide, with the company providing OEM support for the global fleet of de Havilland legacy aircraft (DHC-1 through DHC-7) and with the recent acquisition from Bombardier now includes the CL215, CL215T and CL415 Aircraft. Headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, with a manufacturing facility and a distribution centre in Calgary Alberta, Viking provides world class aircraft, parts and services to customers around the world.

The VP will be responsible for the leadership, and focused growth of Viking’s customer service and product support business. This will naturally include aftermarket service and support to existing and new Viking customers but also expanding the service offerings with power by the hour programs.

Your senior leadership and customer service experience will include solid knowledge of and experience growing market share with parts, service and support in the aviation industry.  You have experience running your own P&L or equivalent.  You have a high degree of integrity, a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation and enjoy promoting growth and best in class improvements.  As such you have a strong entrepreneurial bent and a proven track record of successfully developing, building, and growing businesses.  You have a reputation for customer service excellence as well as outstanding leadership and relationship building skills. You are a driver but also very much a team player with strong core values.
